Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fluzzio.com (the "Site") and the demo-request workflow operated by VIND ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent. By submitting a demo request you confirm that the information provided is accurate.

2. Demo requests

Submitting a demo request creates a record in our internal sales queue. It does not create a contract for VIND services. A formal services agreement is signed separately if and when you decide to subscribe.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Site in violation of Maltese, EU, or other applicable law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, our APIs, or any underlying infrastructure.
• Do not submit false, abusive, or automated form submissions; rate limits apply.
• Do not scrape content for republication without prior written consent.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and the VIND name, is owned by VIND or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non- exclusive licence to view the Site for evaluation purposes only.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Product capabilities described on the Site are illustrative; the binding capabilities of the VIND service are set out in the separate services agreement signed at subscription.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Maltese law, VIND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to €100.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VIND harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
